Clean room

What a find! Our spacious room was equipped with a kitchenette and a laundry was available in the building. The staff were friendly and helpful with any needs we had. An elevator made access to upper floors easy. The location is great for shopping (tourism and groceries), restaurants and public transit. Although the windows open for fresh air, during our stay the daily loud noise of street repair (beyond the control of the hotel) was our only challenge.

Excellent location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and professional, and the breakfast had a nice variety. We also received a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall the experience was smooth and relaxing. Highly recommended for travellers visiting the area.

Everything was great in the hotel. Great location. There was construction on the street outside which started early in the morning 5.2026. It didn’t bother us but just to be aware.

Clean, attractive, very comfortable room with lots of sunlight. Espresso maker with daily refreshed stock. The candies in the lobby were very nice too - enjoyed them every day coming in and out. Staff were very friendly, positive, and attentive. They also offered great restaurants advice when asked (Magazin down the street was very good and very convenient after a full day). The location was great - both for walking access to attractions in central Vienna, but also to train and tram lines for getting anyway. Heartily recommended!

It was a nice walkable distance to the main square without being right in the middle of the busy tourist spots. Very helpful staff.

This was a wonderful place to stay with a toddler! Having the kitchenette was very convenient, and the staff were extremely helpful!

The hotel was okay, pretty dated and even the door handles came off when using. Today one actually dropped hard on my foot, but maybe it was just our room. The room was also very humid even though we tried to turn the temperature down, maybe it was due to the bathroom with no ventilation, luckily the windows opened. I think the best part about this hotel is the location as it is very close to the city center. You can walk to most popular landmarks. So it depends what’s important to you.
