Room not cleaned properly - dirty cups/mugs, dirty napkins in bedside draws. Room was cold due to gaps in windows and doors frames. Bed and pillows unsatisfactory and not maintained to a reasonable standard. Facilities fire alarm went off at 6am - no communication from staff regarding reasons for alarm or apologies. For $500 per night it was very disappointing and will not be returning.

A great place to stay. Conveniently located Good parking. Rooms were large and clean with good amenities. excellent value. The rooms have a good size fridge, smart TV and Good air-conditioning. We stay here whenever we visit Tamworth.

The room was standard clean. We love the friendly staff of the restaurant. When we arrived, the receptionist was not hospitable.

For the price room was outdated

It was OK. They did not honour the complimentary breakfast as advertised. Ensure you get a screenshot of the offer that you can show staff at the venue. I don't know whether this was an expedia thing or the venue not being aware of their offers. It was enough to stop me using expedia again or returning to the venue

We had previously stayed at the Best Western so we knew exactly what to expect in terms of the room size and facilities. The rooms are a bit tired (especially the bathrooms) but it was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The staff were courteous and helpful. The motel is on a busy road so earplugs are recommended for a good nights sleep. On the last afternoon of our stay we didn't have hot water in our room. The staff responded immediately, calling a tradesman in to fix the problem. Unfortunately the 'fix' didn't work so we were offered another room. As it was our final night we didn't want the bother of changing rooms but were able to use the shower in the other room. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was a problem.
