There was a lot of cigarette ash in the hallway, very slow Wi-Fi, and a mediocre breakfast. The only plus point: the hotel staff was nice and friendly.

The atmosphere is nice and the service is friendly.

The hotel is neat, clean, the staff are also friendly, no one is rude, quick to respond when you need something. Recommend the hotel.

This is my first time staying here, but the location is close to everywhere and the room is spacious and comfortable. Next time I go to Lombok, I will stay here again. Thank you.

Hospitality need to be upgraded. Keep your best service awards on 2019 stays on- don't lose it. The breakfast they gave always cold food. Not eatable. The massage therapist behavior needs more professional, they speak very loud to her friend outside the room. Her friend even knocked the door very loud while we are inside doing the massage. Bathroom smells like dried pee for years. Looks clean - but it's not. The bedsheet has a lot of stain, pillows musty smell, looks like never wash it.

The staff were friendly. The only problem is the room is smelly so bad. It smells like sewage or septic tank. It was on room 2.

Affordable hotel but really worth it, friendly staff, clean rooms, TV, hot water, AC works really well. Where near everywhere. Every day the room is cleaned and the towels are changed. Breakfast is pretty good. This is top.

Staff ramah, kamar bersih, tempat strategis.

Hotel Budget di kota mataram. Sudah 2 kali ke sini. Tidak mengecewakan. Kamar bersih dan nyaman, AC dingin, water heater juga berfungsi baik, hanya WIFI yang gak sampai ke kamar.

Kamar bersih, pelayanan staff ramah, ada fasilitas laundry express, breakfast juga enak. Untuk pelayanan spa treatment sempat terjadi miss komunikasi antara terapis dan staff hotel (saya order paket full treatment untuk 3 pax, tapi terapisnya yang datang 1 saja dan tidak membawa peralatan treatment lengkap, karena terapisnya dapat info dari staff hotel cuma massage saja), jadinya anak-anak saya kecewa karena gak bisa treatment full spa paket yang ditawarkan. Semoga pelayanannya bisa ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi. So far untuk overall, semuanya oke, next time kami akan stay di Hart hotel lagi.
