The room is not like the picture. No hair dryer is provided. There is no parking. The service staff is not good.

It’s so bad. The receptionist is bad, they told us to deposit 1000baht/person meanwhile we book only 1 family room consists of 4 person. It’s too much. Next, she didn’t know that we already paid so we have to explained that we already paid by agent. The bathroom isn’t really nice, the hanger were broken. The rag is dirty. The bedroom also not comfortable at all. The only good things are the AC is cold & the TV is good. The other things are so bad, it’s not worth it.

Said that there is a parking lot but there is no parking space. The bed is hard to feel the spring. The room doesn't keep sound, can hear the car all night. The peeling walls were filled with moldy fungus, like a dormitory that was made into a hotel. Probably won't come to stay again
