Just stayed one night on the way north. Food was excellent, service very friendly. Room a little dated but very nice and comfortable. The staff were amazing throughout.

Overall experience sadly did not at all match the price level.

The main hotel is beautiful and breakfast was wonderful. I ended up in the B&B which is a neighboring residential home that is fine but lacks character. I paid extra for a couple of hours in the spa which I really enjoyed.

It was not good service and you had to pay extra for using the outdoor pool and we could not find that info anywhere on the website.

Jag och hustrun övernattade lördag till söndag och åt en utomordentligt god middag ute på bryggan. Välsmakande rätter och skön fläkt ute på bryggan efter den mycket varma dagen. Lugn och avslappnad atmosfär. Vi skulle absolut kunna tänka oss att besöka Herrgården igen!

Nice place but the staff was not good at all. The food at the restaurant was very expensive and not good at all.

Rum i eget litet hus med badbrygga, vilken dröm!

Bert pleasant stay. Very good food. Missed not having a wardrobe in our room.

Hard to find a bettet stay. Only one minus. To small pillows in bed.

The B&B rooms are not part of the Hotel and has none of the old manor style. Instead it’s villa which has not been renovated since the 90s, located in a nearby residential area. Worn down floors and broken toilet seats, those sort of things. Really great breakfast at the manor though, and the area was beautiful.

Så fin omgivning att bara njuta av, både inomhus och utomhus. Finr rum, skön säng och jättetrevlig personal. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka

Wonderful staff and for us a very special place. Spent our first time together here as married in May 1972. It was priceless to be back!

Trevligt hotell, bra service, supergod frukost. Vi åt ingen middag för det gjordes med släkt o vänner på annat ställe. Bra service av personal som ringde ang vår nyckel som vi lämnat in och inte förstått att det var obemannat på natten! Tack för att du stannade så vi kom in!

Despite the historical charm of the estate, our allocation to the BnB building proved a significant letdown, feeling more akin to budget lodging than part of a high-end spa retreat. Beyond the estate's storied past, we were confronted with a litany of broken furnishings. Our room, even in the cool spring air, remained dimly lit and oppressively stuffy. The requirement for advance booking extended not only to the spa but also to the restaurant, where failing to do so was met with palpable disdain from the staff. Regrettably, the experience and culinary offerings were subpar and represented poor value for money.

Om det ska klagas på ngt så fick vi vänta alldeles för länge innan beställd varmrätt kom in, men maten var superb.
