Hotel accommodation were awesome close to everything u need and very clean

The experience was great only bad thing is that pool is not heated.

Liked clean. The toilet did not flush properly and shampoo dispenser was empty.

Check-in was 3 pm. Room was not ready, waited almost 30 min. We had a king with kitchenette. Layout was terrible. Desk and tv in the middle of room. Can't turn tv to get a good view from either bed or couch. Couch was rock hard. Only one night stand with light and plugs. Total of 2 lamps in the entire room (nightstand and desk).

Room cleaning was a poor standard, the same dust gathered in the corner was there all week. The room door was very difficult to open, staff were notified however nothing done about it

The staff are outstanding - I stay here a lot for work. They are amazing. We are lucky to have them. Rooms are now updated and gorgeous. They were great before. Great spot great hotel.

They put me on the fifth floor can totally under construction never seen anything like it in my life

This was my first time staying in Bolton, and thisbhotel was perfect for us. The hotel was clean; the staff was professional and informative, and the room was comfortable. This was a good stay, albeit for only one night.

Hallway smelt funny. Room smelt like it has been used to store piles of sweaty gym shoes.

We got there we stayed there. Everything was good.

The breakfast and coffee are much better than our last visit in October. I specifically like to mention the youung gentleman at fhe desk when I checked in. Our room was not ready yet and he did his best to speed it up.

Everything was great except for the sliding door to hotel which was broken all weekend having guests manually open and close it. Too long to be non operational.
