Friendly staff. Too bad it's dirty, the bathroom smells a bit. It's like a real boarding house. A new experience. Hopefully it will be better so that future guests will be comfortable.

Convenient near the beach, everywhere is good, near shops. Yes, standard is comfortable for just resting.

I booked around 100k a night double bed with fan. its included breakfast as you see on photo. I informed them that I'll come at 9pm, but I changed to come early morning the day after to take shower there before heading to ubud. I was waiting for breakfast then ask the staff. they said that I don't get any breakfast. WTH? It's weird. I explained many times to staff, but they said the boss informed them that we won't get breakfast so they didn't prepare it. Huff. Yeah and no toilettes no towel, humid bedroom. the thing that I love the most is their friendly cat ❤️ Don't expect too much from this hotel.

Facilities are not appropriate, but for that price. (AC lights are not cold and can not get mineral water), and others.

It's very nice, but there are some rooms where the AC is not cold enough.

Honestly the first time I went there I was shocked gt, see the place that does not fit in the picture :(, then when I entered to check in, at the old receptionist there was no one on standby so me and my friends waiting in the lobby to after a while check-in then transfer to the room, added to the shock again I see the contents of the room is nothing? TV remote is not there, the AC remote is broken, there are no toiletries too, just empty, but only the mattress is provided and a thin blanket I think it's kind of a boarding room not a hotel In the app you can get free WiFi and breakfast but the wifi doesn't even reach the room only in the lobby, it can be used in the breakfast, the breakfast is only bread and eggs, but I'll admit to their servants friendly all.

The room does not correspond to what was ordered dirty dirty not cleaned. No new towels were given on day 3, they were just given towels.

The room provided didn't match the picture, on the second day he said he wanted to be moved to a new room.

The hotel facilities are okay, warm water, swimming pool and breakfast, but unfortunately the towels are only given 1 room. Unfortunately there is no elevator to the floor, so if we have a lot of luggage, we will lift it from the stairs. There is no car park because the hotel entrance is narrow. Now the latter is the habit of most hotel managers in this country, booking in advance so that everything has been prepared / prioritized according to the order. but yes again, the location of a large family room is not next to each other but far apart, it's still fortunately the same location on the 2nd floor.

Not clean area incld the bath room. The cleaning service not everyday clean the room. And the Air conditiiner not cold enough. Less place to stay long. Like a 1hour motel

(1) The room I ordered was apparently not available. (2) Parking is difficult. (3) The hotel building is not well maintained. (4) For that price, you should be able to get a better hotel.
