The room is dark. Old hotel. Comfortable. Bathroom facilities are less than satisfactory. The atmosphere is really cool, especially because it is near the Mekong River. But, the wifi isn't very good. There are massage facilities on the ground floor. But you have to make a reservation first.

Clean rooms, good service staff. Delicious breakfast

I was in the 5th floor very loudly from 6am. People are talking about the wheel, dragged together to set up in the morning. Not suitable for relaxation. It is adjacent to the dining room.
