Sam and Nom are absolutely beautiful people! They compliment the motel/caravan park with their friendly service and warm welcome. We will definitely stay there again when we visit Narrabri.

Staff so friendly and helpful

When booking this stay it had a really good rating. That rating did not meet our expectations. The room was relatively clean, but it seemed as if the wrong cleaning products are being used. Most surfaces were clean but had an interesting texture/stickiness to them. The bed was very comfortable. There was a large step up into the bathroom from the room. Even though the rooms are some distance from the road, the trucks could still be heard during the night. This room would benefit from thicker glass being installed. The wifi didn't work in the room, had to go outside closer to the office to get it to work.

Friendly staff. Parking not very secure. However landlord let me hide motorcycle in her yard due to high incidence of crime in the local area

Very satisfied with our stay , will certainly be staying again . They had a bad storm a very nites prior to our stay and management warned us to be careful as some broken branches were still stuck in the trees .

Good and tidy motel rooms. Undercover parking available. Plenty of parking area for vehicle and trailer. Staff helpful and friendly with late arrival.

Fridge was very noisy, bathroom sink was high, a small person would find difficult to use. The bed mattress was uncomfortable you could feel the springs. No table or chair to sit at. When you are travelling you just need a place to sleep and recuperate this one failed in that area.
