The hotel was clean, centrally located, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were polite and professional. I rate this hotel as very suitable for me. I will return when I have the opportunity.

Good services with very competitive rate compared to other accommodations nearby. The hotel allowed early check-in and reserved a same room for my stays even though I booked the 3rd night separately. It's also closed to the center and easy to pass by shops, restaurants. Just 5-min walk to beach, highly recommended!

Overall great short stay. Quick check-in, friendly staff. Comfy room, nice free upgrade to the deluxe with balcony from where you can see a bit of the sea. Clean room. Very good value for money. Central location to all commodities. Would recommend and come back.

The hotel serves relatively well. but a problem I am not very happy with is the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. The first is a 4-star hotel but the food is quite small. the second is more suitable for western visitors.

The hotel has a good location, however the room is small and the bathroom was designed unsuitably that make it always wet. The air condition didn't work well. The breakfast have few meals and not good, too.

The hotel is too poor in all aspects, from staff to service, Standard lags far behind 4-star service. And won't come back here even though Nha Trang is out of room
