The room was clean and very ok. The first time I came here, when I booked here (via the app), I requested to check in at 11am because usually we can check in at 2am. When I arrived, it was not yet 11am, and I asked to check in early and everyone let me check in early. I'm very grateful (I went alone so I was very worried that I wouldn't be able to check in early because I was going to see GD's cc so if I didn't check in early, it would be quite inconvenient for me to go see it). Luckily, everyone let me check in early, I'm very grateful. Everyone was very friendly. The first time I came here, I was very happy because everything was ok. I ate pho recently and it was very delicious, although it was right in the center of the old town, the food was not expensive. The bowl of pho I ate was only 40k (lots of meat) and the brown coffee (milk coffee) was also delicious. If I have the chance, I will come back here again. Once again, I would like to sincerely thank the staff for helping me check in early and late at night when I came home late from outing. Thank you all very much.

The staff is very enthusiastic, obedient and polite. The accommodation is clean and the location is convenient.

Very nice location right in the center, very convenient for visiting the old town (however, due to the small alley, cars cannot get there, you have to drag your luggage and walk a bit). The hotel is comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.
