Love the hot tub and the kindness of the staff.

Located a short walk from the market areas in a little more quiet neighborhood. Is about an equal distance in-between two train stations. There is a restaurant in the lobby floor, and convenience stores and places to eat in the nearby area as well. AC works!

Friendly staff. Not the most modern, but clean and quiet. Super cheap for the quality. The pizza from the onsite restaurant (with room service) was surprisingly great!

Its amazing, i am so happy to choose koam tourist hotel in anyang. Very warm welcome and best part of the hotel. You will get food down stairs as per your requirement. Best as per price , quality and service. When ever i visit south korea, anyang. This is my first preference.

Surprised with the amenities. micro-oven, refrigerator, water a lot, computer. If you want to relax, this hotel is perfect. Close to Anyang downtown. Perfect to relax. Problem with english acknowlege.

You really can't beat this value for this place. I had a hot tub in my room. Just know that the building is on the older side and that the bed is quite firm.

I am visiting Seoul Korea quite often and spent sometime at Seoul. I never knew Anyang before until one of friend took me to this hotel restaurant that has everything what I need as Western style food and drink. I was curious about Hotel room what is look a like because restaurant interior was fantastic to have meeting and other things. I had asked to if I can see the hotel room and Hotel staff showed me several rooms and I was very impressed. Wow! never seen interior like this hotel before and price was excellent. I had booked next day to move from where I was staying and moved to Koam hotel. I saved Hotel expenses and enjoyed a lots of comfort. I strongly referred this hotel to other people whether business or personal trip, it will be so great to staying at Koam Hotel. Room had everything I need it, it was clean enough and facilities inside the room was so good. Late evening we had some drink at the restaurant and food was so delicious and price was so reasonable. Also, go to Seoul down town or anywhere in Seoul city did not have any problem. It only takes 20km to Seoul Gang Nam and I took public transportation to Myung Dong down town less than an hour by subway. subway station is near and Anyang had plenty place to shopping. I love Korean traditional Market, it was great trip staying at Anyang Koam hotel. Hotel staffs was kind enough to introduce where to go to and how can save expenses while staying at Korea. Hey.... Believe me Koam Hotel is awesome !!!

I love Anyang, near Seoul and I can find lots of things with reasonable price..It was great location to stay at the Koam Tourist hotel. Boutique hotel had everything I need with cheap price. I could enjoy with whirlpool in the room while I watching TV. Fantastic to enjoy the sleep and relaxed. Same time I could have nice cup of coffee with breakfast at the restaurant and food was very westernized that I was so impress. I had meeting at this café with convenient parking for my visitor. Honestly, Seoul or many city has very difficult for the parking but this hotel parking lot was just ground level to walk in easily. Well every time I come to Korea near Seoul I am referred this hotel to other business partner. Save our budget with full enjoyment. why pay more for trip.. I rather shopping more for that money I save. I really want to tell everyone who plan to trip Seoul I am strongly referring Koam Tourist Hotel. You are not regret about it for sure.

매각할 호텔이라서 그런지 예전에 갔을때랑 룸상태가 너무 안 좋네요. 정말 도망가고 싶었는데 잠만 자고 바로 나왔습니다. 가족 여행은 정말 비추천.

너무 노후화 되어 있어 불편했음.

세명이서 이용했는데 티비도 잘 나오고 에어컨도 잘 나와서 편했습니다. 어메니티 같은 것도 잘 구비되어 있는 편입니다. 덕분에 잘 묵고 갑니다.

너무 지저분하고 No smoking Line 도 냄새 너무많이 나서 힘들 었음

욕조 세면대 하수구냄새가 너무 심합니다 그밖에도 위생상태가 매우 불량합니다

가격은 다른데 비해저렴하나 객실청소가 깔끔히안되어있구 컴퓨터와 텔레비젼이 연결안되어있으며 컴퓨터도 사양이 안좋은지 너무느립니다 호텔내 치킨시켜먹을수있는데 1마리에21000원이상이며 발닦는매트가없어서 수건여분이필요할듯요 충전은 보증금 맡겨야하고요 이상입니다

샤워실이 너무 지져분했고 배수가 안되었으며 여기저기 물곰팡이도 있고 샤워시설이 고장났음 장마철이기도 했지만 실내는 환기가 안되어 눅눅함과 냄새가 심했다. 다시는 가고싶지않은 호텔
