A hockey was also staying at the hotel, th kids were running up and down the hallway for 3 hours!! Yelling and screaming, I texted the front counter to complain. They responded 24 hours later when I am not there. I will be reluctant on returning

Tried 2 different rooms and tvs didn’t work in either.

Room with one queen bed was very small. Soap bar was tiny, and had to be shared between shower and sink. Overall an expensive place to stay in Whitecourt considering the many other hotels.

Staff was good, breakfast was fine. Didn’t like the fact that everything was brown and had carpet… felt like a murder hotel from the 80s. The front sliding door was out of service and you had to manually pull it open and closed. I didn’t find my room overly clean, there were some cup marks on the table and all the walls are in desperate need of paint. The walls and doors had so many fingerprints and water splash marks everywhere. It was a decent price so I can overlook the outdated look but grosses me out that it didn’t feel clean.

Tv didn’t work. Has r dryer no work. Charged $55 for early check in at 2 pm. Scammers

Room was not very clean, bed wasn’t comfortable.

Breakfast was poor and very limited. The front door was broken which made a bad breakfast even worse as it was super cold.

Such a beautiful place to stay, so clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, a bed so comfortable you don’t want to get out of it. The staff was so friendly and took time to engage in conversation. We love this place.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Room was good parking lot had a foot of snow and main lobby doors didnt work

We came in late, as a group, and it would have been nice to have more than one staff member to help with signing in to rooms, it was very late, so understandable. Breakfast had little variety of hot food, but it was reasonably good quality. Parking was fine.
