Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable sleep, clean room, tea and coffee facilities in your room, good breakfast.

Very quiet, staff were excellent. Easy to find and parking on site. Plenty to see and do in the area. Only minor comment is that the pillows could be plumper, & for us, the bed was a little too firm.

Furniture in rooms need updating, very dark! Garden lovely as were the staff.

The bathroom musty smell. Carpets need a good clean, creaky floor boards. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast lovely.

Great accommodation. Lovely little extras which made the stay perfect. Face cloths and a coffee machine in the room added a touch of luxury. The food was fantastic for evening meals with a great choice of freshly prepared food. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay again.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff. Decor dated but adds to the charm. Comfortable bed with adequate shower was all I needed. Food options at breakfast and in the evening were tasty and enjoyable.

Excellent friendly service when being served with food. Breakfast very good, eating at evening in the pub food and service very good, our bed not as comfortable as expected, bathroom clean and tidy with fresh towels every day. Can recommend a stay at this hotel/pub.

Room could do with a bit of general TLC and a deep clean. Brilliant choice for breakfast and the main menus looked good but didnt eat there.

We were visiting family for a birthday and wanted a room nearby for the night. The hotel staff were very nice and the room (a four poster) was lovely, warm and cosy. The restaurant side does great food with very good service and breakfast was great. I know the Camden Arms well but have never stayed there before. I have stayed in other hotels nearby but the Camden is very much better. We were happy with the price as well and totally recommend here for anyone viting the area.

Staff were amazing… warm and welcoming… the accommodation however needs a good freshen up… bed was comfy and clean but room was quite dated and felt dark and gloomy, in room tea making, kettle was covered in dust and dirt… curtains had small holes in, the tiles in the bathroom need re grouting due to mold, shower hear mouldy, and shower door was a real struggle to open. A small refurb would bring the room back to life. But overall a nice 2 nights stay

Cheaper to book through the internet than booking through the hotel's website? strange. My stay was lovely, the pub is lively but not late, the food was good and my room was very comfortable. Parking was a real bonus.
