The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom facilities were subpar. The faucet leaked and didn't work properly.

The parking lot is very small, and unfortunately I got a room with a jammed sink and the AC wasn't cold enough.

Unfortunately, our experience was not very pleasant. The room had visible black mold on the upper wall, which was quite concerning. The bathroom floor was often wet after use, making it uncomfortable. We also noticed an unpleasant garbage smell in the front lobby area. On top of that, the room felt quite damp and humid during our stay. We hope the management can improve these issues for future guests.

It was really great to stay 3 nights at Amaris

The hotel staff was very friendly, the food was delicious, and perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the room maintenance, as it's probably quite old and needs some repairs. That's all. Thank you to Hotel Amaris Kuta for my two-day stay. I'll probably stay there again next time.

The cleanliness of the room is decent, for the toilet you need to pay attention to the availability of soap, doormats, the sink is clogged, not clean enough.

When I first entered the room, there was a cockroach in the toilet, and the curtain wouldn't close. The TV wouldn't turn on. Once it did, there were no channels and no sound.
