The hostess Sandra is exceptional, she is very attentive and makes sure everything is ok. The apartment is very clean but the decor is dated. The issue is location. It is quite a distance from the Old town, so we had to get taxis all the time, which adds to the cost of the holiday. There is nothing in the area as it's residential. The nearby beach is closed so the next beach is not walkable in the heat.

The apartment was nice, well kept and clean. The ammenities provided were excellent and the pool was also a great addition to the property. The hosts were easily contacted and very welcoming. They provided me with a detailed description of the city, sites and beaches to visit. Property is in a great location in terms of its proximity to the beach (<10 min walk), to nearby shops, the bus station and the old town (5-10 min Uber ride). Had a great experience during my stay will be returning next time I am in Split.

Sandra the host is very welcoming, she's on site and introduced us the area, map and bus route when check-in. We stayed in one of the three rooms on the first floor, you can hear some noise from the other guests when people are in and out. During our 2-nite stay was quiet. The room is basic and very clean. Everything in the room works well, there's a fridge, cups, kettle and hair dryer. Towels are provided. A small pool is available for use, it wasn't busy during our time. 5-min drive or 20-min walk to the nearest Znjan Beach. 20-min Uber to Split town centre.

Sandra was great and very helpful. Once a week maid service would have been nice. Balconey table and chairs could have been more comfortable.

Firstly, this apartment was a little out of the way (but within an easy reach of the city centre) which meant it was quiet. I loved the little back garden and pool, surrounded by various fruit trees- it felt like a little oasis! Sandra was an excellent hostess, responding to all of my queries with so many helpful and detailed suggestions, she brought us on a little tour of the area and gave us suggested brochures and a map. She even gave us a little gift to take with us. A genuine and sweet lady, she made the stay feel all the more personal. Id prefer this to an impersonal and cookie cutter hotel any day of the week!

Very welcoming host. Great location for beach (walking) and Split Old Town (by bus/Uber). Lovely outdoor pool area and facilities to use (sun cream, towels, shampoo etc). Very clean and well presented.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we would need.

Sandra is an incredible host. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She allowed us to check in early and gave great advice about where to visit and eat. She brought us fresh fruit, some from her incredible garden and made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend. Uber to town is 30 Kuna.

First class service from owner. Nothing too much trouble. Apartment has everything you could want and all extras provided eg washing up liquid, drinks in fridge, suncream. Immaculate. Organised and efficient. Beach 10mins walk away. supermarket 5min walk or Lidl 15 mins. Nice clean pool with towels.

Fine for a reasonable price in Split. Area not greatest, you’ll need Uber to get to town. 40kn max.

We had an amazing time here. The host couldn’t have been any better, she was super friendly and extremely helpful. It was my birthday while staying here, and because the host had scanned my passport she knew this and given bought me a necklace and a bottle of wine!! Best host and accommodation by far. If I come back to split again, I will Be rebooking this apartment.

The apartment was perfect! It was extremely clean with every amenity you could require (including various teas and coffee, pool and beach towels and all basic kitchen items). The pool was lovely and it felt like our own private pool as we never saw anyone else there. The location was great and only a 10 minute bus ride (with very regular buses) to the Old City. The best bit was definitely the owner Sandra - she was extremely welcoming and did everything to make our trip perfect including; loads of information about what to do and how to get around, very quick at responding to any issues or any new housekeeping items and we particularly liked the home baked goods :) nothing was an issue for her and she was always extremely friendly and chatty. We will definitely be returning to Split and staying in this property again

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning and two large balconies. The house is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the beach and a short bus or taxi ride from the bustling old town. The place is ideal for singles or couples who want to have a nice relaxing holiday. The owners are very open-minded, helpful and welcoming. Thank you Anna and Sandra for your warm reception. Had a great week here. Sandra, the property manager is extremely organised and is a kind and extraordinarily generous host. She provides comprehensive information and really helpful insights to help you get the most out of your stay. The apartments are spotlessly clean and have everything you need, Sandra has provided everything you could think off and if anything is missing she will get it for you. It is a little way out of the old town but the buses are very regular, cheap and the bus stops are only a 2 minute walk from the apartments. We bought a book of tickets and used the buses every day, usually twice a day. The pool is small but perfectly adequate for a refreshing dip and the sun beds are comfortable. There is an extensive local beach with a number of cafes, public toilets and storage facilities downhill from the property. There are local restaurants but we only ate at one (the Dalmatia? - very good) because it was so easy to get into and back from town. We cannot praise Sandra and her family highly enough and thank them without reservation.
