This is a unique property since it is located in a small village. We wanted a more authentic experience and that is what we got - the property is visited by local clientele on a daily basis since it has a restaurant and brewery. We traveled with my parents and stayed in a family apartment. One room had 2 king-sized beds (no closets). The other room was smaller with a set of bunk beds and an en suite (no closets). The 2nd bedroom with the en suite could have been better set up if it had a double bed instead of bunks. But, my parents made it work for them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Basic room, but in excellent condition and very clean, and good value. Nice quiet country style, just what we were looking for. Run their own brewery, can’t beat that!

We were visiting Berlin for a couple of days, but had our flight back to Boston from Hamburg and were looking for a place to stay a bit closer to Hamburg. We booked the hotel at about 10 pm while still in Berlin. The hotel was slightly over 1.5 hrs north of Berlin. After a pleasant experience boking via Orbitz, we called the hotel to inform we will be arriving late. Unfortunately, I was not able to communicate in German. After a couple of attempts, I texted arrival time using google translate. After we took the exit off A24, we had to travel deserted road for a few miles (it was almost midnight). Barring just a couple of cars that passed by there were no signs of life. With my wife and 15 year old child, I was a bit concerned where I was headed to. It was very quite all around when we arrived at the hotel. I tried calling the hotel number, which was apparently forwarded to the owners number. Fortunately a guest (who could speak English) stepped out for a smoke. The hotel owner soon arrived r and guided us to a nice comfortable 2 room suite ( I think we got an upgrade!). He was en elderly gentleman and was able to convey where breakfast will be served in the morning etc. It was well past midnight by now. We got up in the morning and enjoyed the breakfast and headed to Hamburg airport. The hotel had a very nice backyard with a colorful fishes swimming in a pond. We would have liked to spend more time exploring the rustic neighborhood.

We had an overnight stay on the way from Sweden to Austria. we arrived late and had to leave early. The staff kindly prepared breakfast ahead of the regular Schedule. Rooms simple but Clean. Bathroom nice.

Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel mit einem unschlagbaren Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Es wirkt von außen sehr rustikal, gemütlich. Das Zimmer für 4 Personen war sehr geräumig, sauber und hochwertig renoviert, mit guten Betten und auch an die Fliegengitter im Fenster wurde gedacht. Frühstück war ok. Etwas nervend waren die Kirchenglocken in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hat man sie aber nicht mehr gehört.

Väldigt bra frukost. Mycket god middag, åt en väldigt god snitzel . Rummet var lite tråkigt men funkar bra för en kortare vistelse finns kanske bättre rum, hadde ett standard rum.

Eigentlich gute Lage und alle Optionen.... Schade.

We stayed here one night on our way to Berlin. It was ok for that purpose. Parking, wifi and breakfast included. The room was 2 stories with 2 beds downstairs and 2 upstairs. The breakfast was ok, not most we had but ok. The stay was very quiet and safe area.
