The hotel's view and air are good. The atmosphere inside and outside the hotel room is pleasant. There are many food vendors on the way down from the hotel. The connecting door isn't soundproof from the next room. The breakfast taste and variety are lacking.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. The facilities are also good, the room is spacious ❤️. Very suitable for our family. The view around the hotel is also beautiful... The room and toilet are also clean. The food is delicious, soup and fried rice are the kids' favorites. Next time, I will come here again. Amen

This is an older hotel, but the facilities have been updated. The deluxe twin rooms are very spacious, perfect for a group. It's very kid-friendly. It's strategically located near PSR, Indomaret, and at night, there are lots of stalls selling satay, angsle, meatballs, and more. Highly recommended 🥰

The hotel is comfortable. Parking is a bit far because the parking lot in front of the lobby is full. The food menu should be more varied. Playground entry could be moved earlier, for example, to 3:00 PM.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the crowded parking area in front of the lobby. We understand this can be a hassle and will take note of it for further evaluation of parking management. Your feedback regarding the variety of our food menu is greatly appreciated. We are continuously striving to improve the quality and selection of our dishes, and this feedback will be immediately forwarded to the Food and Beverage Team for consideration in menu development. Regarding the playground operating hours, thank you for your suggestion to be moved to 3:00 PM. We have a Kids Park area (outdoor) that is open from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, and a Kids Playroom area (indoor) that is open from 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM. We have divided the hours so that you can enjoy the nuances of playing outdoors and indoors at different times. Staying in Tretes/the mountains, I was hoping for a beautiful mountain view that would be a treat for the eyes. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. The view was either someone's yard or a coffee shop, and when I requested a room change, I couldn't. Otherwise, the room was nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious. There was plenty of play area for the kids, and the swimming pool was clean and spacious.

I booked 2 rooms and given the connecting ones without requesting. The hotel is a 4star quality although exterior shown its classic and old money business style. We enjoyed our stay, with spacious room, bright and modern inside and clean. The pool is great they have 2 options for the little kids. The variety of breakfast is quite sufficient and properly cooked. One of the benefit is the street food alley alike in front of the hotel like mostly jagung bakar, wedang theres a reliable convenient store as well. My input is for the GRO to welcome and greet every visitors or guest incoming, with friendly gesture even its early in the morning

The hotel is 4-star quality, the room is spacious, so clean, bright, and modern. Even the twin bed size is comfortable for two. We really enjoy our stay, the wide pool, and the view. There's plenty of choices for breakfast and the taste is very decent. The plus value is the location, there's quite a lot of F&B tenants at night and a very reliable convenience store. I wish our family could stay longer.

This hotel is actually quite pleasant, the location is nice, and the staff is friendly. Those are plus points. But as for breakfast… well, honestly, it's a bit of a dud. It's bland, the food choices are very limited: three side dishes, chicken soup, and white rice served in a rice cooker. Yes, a rice cooker like at home. The drink selection is also very limited. Children over 5 are charged 75,000 Rupiah. Those over 10 are charged 150,000 Rupiah. So, if you're staying here, I recommend skipping breakfast. The restaurant also offers a variety of other breakfast options. It's a shame, because the service is fine. But the breakfast really needs improvement.
