Parking space is limited. Location is great

Really surprised by the cleanliness. The parking is good and its in a good location. The price was right and I enjoyed my stay.

Confusion when check in. Was told the hotel gave wrong room type on the first night, and was asked to change room in the following morning. Quite troublesome. Despite this confusion, the motel turned hotel is clean. Towels were changed and drinks were replenished everyday

--the room is a bit worn out, but it's large and fairly clean, so overall it's comfortable --the hotel is surprisingly far from the bus station (somehow the map made me think it was closer) --there is a nice beer store nearby

I chose to stay at Hotel New Evergreen because it was near the bus terminal and many restaurants, but also located on a quiet street. I have used this hotel twice now when traveling for work.

The hotel was nice enough. It was located withing walking distance of several good restaurants and cafes. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff tried to help when they could, the showers had no shower curtain and the bathroom has no towels so the four small towels you will use drying off and drying the floor.

Woke up with numerous red bites along arms and hands. Showed hotel manager who did not appear surprised. After laughing, he said all the other rooms were booked, and handed me a plug-in insect zapper. We stripped the bed thinking washing the sheets may be a remedy. Seeing the condition of the stained mattress changed our minds. We left that day, with no refund for the remaining 2 nights we'd already paid for (approximately $120 AUD).

It has interesting art on the wall. You may find ANYTHING you need there.

The hotel is about 20 minutes by taxi from Mokpo station and I only paid around 5,000 won (~$5) to get there. It's near all the hot spots in Mokpo with only about a 5 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge. If you are looking for a good location near bars, karaoke places, and clubs, this is a good hotel to stay. You can also walk to the river from the hotel. However, if you want to go to the beach, you will need to take a cab. The room and bathroom were very large, but the bed can be a bit hard for some people. I actually prefer a hard bed. I only had a problem with a little delay during the check-in process since it showed up under Expedia rather than hotels.com.

The hotel was clean and looked newly refurbished. The down side of staying here was the bed was very hard to sleep on. The towels supplied were very small and not suitable to dry yourself with.

Staff is always very very friendly and welcoming Room style is eclectic but nice. ROK s are warm (floor heated) and very clean I stay here before ferrying to Jeju or when racing at yeongam

This is a motel not a hotel. However, it worth money and many local restaurants surrounding seems good.

Very good value for the price. Very clean and close to many restaurants, stores and a nice boardwalk along the coast.

Nice rooms, nice location close to the fountain and to many restaurant! I would recommand the hotel if you have to stay in mokpo. The rooms were nice, but didn't really interact with the staff. The communication was limited

호텔복도에서 냄새도 많이나고 화장실 불이 그냥 갑자기 꺼집니다 샤워하다가 얼마 놀랐는지..... 스타일러가 있지만 관리가 안돼서 냄새도 나고 사용할수 없었습니다 스프링쿨러도 없어 화재시 위험도가 높은 편이고 체크아웃하는날 아침 엘레베이터 고장으로 7층에서 짐을 들고 내려 왔습니다 이용했던 호텔중 최악 입니다.
