I booked a room with 1 single bed for 2 people but when I checked in, they gave me a room with 2 single beds. Then I had to change to a city view room and had to pay an additional 100k. The room's TV was broken, the bed sheets were dirty, there was no air conditioner remote, the blankets and pillows were not complete, the toilet was old, and the room had free coffee or tea. I was only impressed by the bathtub and the city view.

The rooms are very old and dirty, the bed is very hard, you sleep like on a board, and when I saw mold on the toilet, I was shocked!

Mình đặt phòng và thanh toán trước 2 tuần nhưng có vẻ khách sạn không check và chuẩn bị phòng hay liên hệ xác nhận nhận phòng. Đến hơn 23h mình bay đến nhận phòng thì lại sắp xếp phòng 2 giường đơn (kiểu phòng dự phòng)nước yếu, nội thất và đồ dùng khá tệ. Sáng hôm sau mình yêu cầu đổi phòng đúng với đã đặt thì khách sạn mới hỗ trợ đổi phòng khác oke hơn tý, nhưng đồ dùng cũng khá cũ. Tạm được nha.

rất tệ, phòng cũ mốc, vòi sen hư hỏng không thể đứng tắm, phải dùng ly tắm như quay lại thời 1945. đèn phòng không sáng, độ sáng giống đèn ngủ mặc dù đã bật hết công tắc. ổ căm điện chỉ dùng được 1 cái. phản ánh với lễ tân thì họ bảo ở 1 đêm thôi nên ráng đến sáng mai, tóm lại là âm điểm nhé! ( ban đầu không định đáng giá nên mình không chụp lại phòng )

Nhìn ảnh và bên ngoài đẹp nhưng nội thất cũ, có chuột, phòng nhỏ, tivi hỏng, nói chung mình không hài lòng lắm

This hotel was very good in location, since it is located on the main road and close to the bus stop and the beach.

It was great. This hotel is very satisfactory considering its price.

The staff is so bad, when customers come to check in, they sit in one place and have to wait for the customer to call before they can continue. Checking into the room took too long without any prior preparation even though I had booked and paid in advance. I booked 2 rooms, 1 couldn't open the lock, the other room could be opened but couldn't get out. If I changed to another room, the bed was so bad it felt like it had been a long time since anyone had used it and there was a lot of dust and dirt. There are also not enough materials in the room to use. The TV cannot be turned on, there is no refrigerator. And only 1l won't come back

There were dirty, dead cockroaches around the room. The mattress was dusty and the bed sheets were itchy

Không có vật dụng vệ sinh cơ bản như sữa tắm hay dầu gội, không có bàn chải. Khăn tắm dơ, tủ bụi bặm. Wifi quá yếu không dùng được.
