Hotel was not as described, poor quality

Some room have no water access. It seems like they had a hard time looking for my reservation.

room quality too bad, not as the picture shown. damp room, leaky, burnt smell. quality is inferior to guest houses, not worthy of 2 *, not worthy of the room rates

The room is very mysterious, the toilet is dripping water

Equipment is too old, soundproofing badly affects the private space of guests staying.

Temporary vs. common ground!

Hotels damp, pillows and bed sheets are not clean. Small toilet, utensils rust. Waiters are not attentive, uneasy.

The hotel location is quite convenient for visiting some places in Hanoi without using transportation.
