Great location!

The photo shown does not match the entrance, see attached. We had to edit on the street for some one to come and let us in. The stairs were a challenge with our heavy bags and there was no hot water in the morning, maybe a busy time as it was ok later in the day. On the plus side, the woman communicating with us was friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean.

L'appartement était bien et la communication était rapide. Ce que j'ai moins aimé est la rue sur laquelle nous étions etait pleine de contenants a poubelle et ça sentait pas très bon.

The location is great and the apartment was clean, has a microwave and kettle and small hob for cooking. Check in process was easy, we met with a host and they gave us the key. She and the cleaning lady were both super friendly. However if you have a baby it is tricky, as there is no lift and the apartments are all after a flight of stairs. The apartments also smelled quite musty although they were clean, and there is a bit of noise from the main square of rossio. It could do with a little updating in terms of painting walls, but the beds were comfy. Overall it's good.

Laundry was awesome dryer you can’t put to much I. It. The room itself was awesome the house keeper could’ve done a better job cleaning. Perfect location I will recommend to my friends and will book again.

Clean room

We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed it. The apartment is in great location, very central and closed to historic sites. Room is clean and bed comfortable. Kitchen and washer dryer are really convenient for our extended stay! Natalie is very friendly and helpful and so are all other staff. One speaks several languages even including Chinese! The thing to mention is the apartment doesn’t have on site staffing like normal hotels so immediate personal interaction are not available. We had issues with use of kitchen and power blackout in the room, and we had to email them for assistance. Luckily they are quick to come over and resolve issues, which is appreciated. Overall, everything is excellent and we will highly recommend this place.

Great spot!!

The apartment in lovely. The location is ideal for site seeing in Lisbon. It’s walking to distance to pick up location for all the bus tours and several dining and shopping areas around. The only comment I have is the stairs which is quite difficult especially is you have heavy luggage.

Excellent location! Very clean suite with exceptional staff.

Horrible! Disgusting facade and entrance. The apartment is under construction, they should not open it for guests until it’s ready. The entrance is like a ghetto. Found a man urinating in the corner of the entrance. Entrance is smelly and dirty. No elevator, not even stated in the hotel description.

Wonderful place to stay. Updated clean. The only disappointment was the tarp in front of the window so we couldn’t see Rossio square. If you don’t like loud music don’t stay here. We truly enjoyed our time here

Location was very centre and close to some tourist attractions and public transports.
