The hotel has stunning views of the sea, checking in was easy and the room was comfortable with a very large bed, complimentary tea tray with all the usual items with t he addition of earplugs ( very handy) and eye mask. The bathroom had Elemis products which were lovely and everything was clean and tidy. We had breakfast the next morning which was delicious and set us in good stead for the day. I would definitely come back.

Room was spotless and comfortable. Lovely views too. My cockapoo was in her element looking out of the window. Check in was easy and very informative.

Room was clean but rather small to be honest, smaller than a Travelodge and more expensive. Did appreciate the special evening meal that was asked for. Parking could be difficult and understand they are about to charge ( not the hotel) for roadside parking.

The room was immaculate and light,i love the original sash windows. Staff all very friendly, and we had lovely evening meals. The sea views were wonderful. Very comfy bed, and,a bath is always an added bonus. Our dog was made very welcome too.

Convenient location for theatre. Very small en suite shower room. Whilst we can accept dog friendly our tolerance does not extend to dogs on furniture in public areas - if that’s allowed then what happens in the bedrooms? Dining o.k. and good breakfast. Unfortunate that neither the lift nor the ev charging were working at the time of our visit but staff very apologetic.

Lovely room and facility. Shower was very small and on our visit the lift was out of commission.

I love Llandudno and have stayed at the Llandudno bay hotel numerous times. The only complaint I have is the beds are quite high. Not great for my 78 year old auntie who came with me. The pillows are lumpy and the carpet in the dining room could do with a good clean.

Room was spotless but a little small on the third floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not the first time we have stayed here and it won’t be the last.

Parking was difficult as you have to park on the promenade. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The staff are brilliant, every one of them couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. All toiletries are of very high quality as is the dining area too. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

The free parking at the moment is a great plus (unfortunately this is due to change shortly) this would of made us think about booking.😥 The staff are amazing, helpful and very attentive. The lady who does breakfast is especially very good, sorry we don't her name.

The en suite was too small and tired needed grating and finishing in a better way for purpose.

Position of hotel was good Shame about no private parking. Hotel looked tired, bedroom very small. Had dinner, was ok, did not bother with breakfast.
