Nice hotel

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Lansing, Mi and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to shopping and dining but still peaceful and relaxing. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional level of service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and eager to return. Highly recommend Hyatt Place to anyone looking for a great experience.

What I didn’t like was a sign pasted on the entrance door stating parking cost was $10 a night regardless if you parked in front of the building or across the street in the public parking lot. I won’t be going back for that reason.

Stayed for a wedding down the street. Staff were wonderful and hotel was clean. Breakfast was not bad too. Nice place.

My husband, granddaughter, her cousin and I checked in for one night to celebrate my granddaughter’s 11th birthday. It fell on their school’s spring break, so a weeknight for the girls to swim, enjoy the fitness room and eat dinner in the hotel’s “The Placery” was perfect. Our 1st floor room was spacious and with a noon checkout, we had plenty of time to pack and relax the next morning after the free, delicious breakfast. Will stay here again!

My check in was great, staff super friendly and very helpful! The pool area wasnt kept up especially for how many guest where there. Towels where not kept up at all. Breakfast potatoes were very salty n the french toast sticks hard as rocks. As well if you serve breakfast until 10am guess shouldn't be turned away before then.

Parking ramp was confusing though and the extra $10.00 charge !! Did not like that .

Location was key and there was food and drinks available. There wasn’t any maids on Saturday so the beds didn’t get maid and the supplies weren’t restocked. There was a vibration in the heating system and it was nosy all night.
