The hotel is comfortable and clean. It's perfect for bringing a large family for a get-together. The staff is also friendly. The hotel's location is close to everything and easy to access.

Hotel Kristal is a high-star hotel in Jakarta. Should Hotel Kristal's birthday gift focus be on long-stay customers? Why aren't first-time guests given a special "Birthday Cake" offer to encourage repeat stays? I'm a bit disappointed. They initially attempted to confirm with management, but apparently they didn't take the initiative to inform the customer, so they had to make up their minds first.

The room is nice, spacious, strategic location, drinking water is in a gallon so you can freely take drinking water.
