Only negative comment I have is the cost of the breakfast buffet is much too high. We ate down the street for more than half the price. Otherwise, rooms were great, and the view we had, spectacular.

Swimming pool was closed, but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Good location.

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the city. Center of all the Resturants and shopping. Wonderful staff and very clean.

Best place to stay in La Sabana, San Jose. Convenient, safe, great restaurants nearby (FURCA), and others. Friendly staff.

My main problem was the location and not convenient to get to a nice restaurant.

The property was great overall—clean, well-maintained, and in a good location. The only downside was the size of the beds. I booked the two-bedroom option for four people, but the beds felt quite small for two adults to share comfortably. Other than that, everything else exceeded expectations.

It was close to me National stadium. Many small restaurants. Good traffic flow.

The property was nice. I wished they would have cleaned the room more often. The shower water ran out onto the rest of the floor. I would go back though if they fixed those issues

Great hotel and very comfy beds. Check in line was epically long (we were there for a soccer tournament) but they managed it quickly and efficiently. I’d definitely recommend!

I like that the staff members, Mario & Alejandro were so sweet to us. The room was nice & clean and we would definitely return some other time. Kimberly in House Keeping kept our room clean & nice so we were pleased with her…Thank you!

I’ll definitely be staying there when I come back. Excellent for business great location and wonderful staff. The staff was just a highlight sweetheart. The two girls at the front desk.

Absolutely wonderful probably the best we use in the whole city the whole Central Valy and the staff is awesome. They’re very helpful because I was lost a bit. What’s going on? Thank you very very much. I’ll return for sure.

Everything was great until we tried to use the amenities.....pool, sauna and some gym machines were out of order. This was not communicated when I made the reservation

I got in after midnight after grueling flight and travel…there is nothing better than a Hilton bed when you really need to relax and recharge before the next adventure. Great central location in San Jose to catch your breath or enjoy a couple days in the mountains
