The room was clean and the service very good. The reason I don't give five stars, is because the windows of our room are not noise proof. We can hear the street noise.

This hotel is in more of commercial/shopping area. The staff was amazing! Very kind and attentive. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing!

It was everything I needed for a quick trip. Delicious tacos right around the corner and the staff were so kind.

Nice hotel in Morelia a little far away from dinning and shopping areas

Front end staff should greet guests walking in or out instead of being on their phones at looking down at a computer. A simple hello goes a long way. The shower drain was clogged up.

The hotel itself is nice and comfortable. I was very disappointed to discover that there was NO airport transportation as advertised on the site. I was in transit with my family and the airport transportation was one of the main reasons why I selected that hotel. When I asked, the hotel receptionist simply said no we don’t have airport transportation. I stated that it was listed on the site, he didn’t reply.
