Generally great. Only two issues we had were that parking our vehicle was a challenge due to the skinny lot. If you have a larger vehicle you may struggle a bit parking. We also had an issue where housekeeping thought we were checking out a day earlier and woke us up knocking. Was resolved quickly but unfortunate.

As a one-bedroom, we were happy with this condo. The living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom were as expected and in-line with the pictures. If looking for a one-bedroom, I'd be happy to stay here again. However, we booked this location specifically because it said there was a 2-bedroom option. What we learned upon arrival is that this was not a 2-bedroom unit. Instead, we were given access to two individual one-bedroom condos, part of the same duplex. This could be a fantastic value for two different groups of adults. Unfortunately, we booked the 2-bedroom as we have 2 small children

Nice hotel. Not much by way of room service or staff availability however .

DVD not working. Furnace broke down in the middle of the night. It's snowing outside and it's very cold. I need a refund.

Great stay

Great location. But, almost no hot water! So almost cold showers , not great in February! The refrigerator makes loud annoying noises all night. Check in staff didn’t make our keys work for two nights, so I had to go get new keys in the middle of my stay. Bathrooms need updating.

The place was good but the shower was not warm enough, which after a day of skiing is very unpleasant. Other than that, it was good.

The stay was fine for an overnighter no frills just a place to sleep and shower. If you expect nothing you won’t be disappointed.

I went to this property and the room was like an ice box, because the wall heater wasn’t working. I had to call the property they claimed they don’t do refunds (only hotels.com) so Hotels.con rep called for me. Blatant lie because then she had to ask the manager to refund ?? Even the hotels.com rep was shocked by the lack of care. Don’t sell a room with a broken heater! I was also almost late for a dinner dealing with all this. I asked for a refund days ago and nothing! I didn’t stay here and had to get another room somewhere else and they refuse to refund my money. Horrible business practice especially in a small town lncline Village.

solid option for sleeping if you need a family type accommodation, plenty of room, proper amenities in working order, non luxurious appliances and finishes, would. not spend a week long vacation here but it is acceptable for a short crash

Fantastic property to stay with family . The kitchen on second floor smelled like eggs. The cleaning staff needs to make sure things are odor free after cleaning

It was a pleasant stay overall.

This is a beautiful property in a great location- that is in serious need of professional management. The internet did not work - it would pop in once in a while, but was mostly useless. The TV did not work - it was not connected to anything but a DVD player. There was a nice-looking gas fireplace- but it did not work. There was a nice balcony and the weather was great - but not so much as a chair to sit on it.

This property advertised that it was waterfront. In fact it was at least 25 minutes walk to the water and most of the beaches nearby were private, and we couldn’t access them. The hot tub was in cold and dirty. Also, there was supposed to be a pool, however we did not find one. Accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the location was near a lot of shopping and dining.

Loved hot tub and gas fire. The one bedroom was spacious.

Needed some additional cleaning of floors and table and chairs in dining area uncomfortable and wobbly. Also dishwasher not connected to frame and overhead light in main living space not working.
