Amazing! I don’t know why it’s so cheap, but you get a whole modern apartment.

Easy walk to train station and town.

I liked how quiet it is here and how beautiful it is to go for a walk! The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed for the week stay.

We stayed in Haus Fuchs (2nd floor) and were unfortunately disappointed. The apartment is modern, but very dark with no mountain views – only facing the inner courtyard and the neighboring unit. Cleanliness was below expectations, with hairs in the shower. Only two water glasses were provided, the rest seemed missing. A child’s chair, which had been confirmed by phone in advance, was not available upon arrival. The bed was also uncomfortable, as the mattress was wider than the frame, leaving one side slanted. Signage in the complex, especially for check-in, could be improved, and the waste area in the garage was only found after asking. On the positive side, the overall complex is new and modern, and we would consider returning – but definitely in a different apartment. The property earns its “Alpine” name only through its location, as the apartment itself lacked mountain charm. Overall, we expected more for the price we paid.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The space itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable - perfect for relaxing after a day out. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a home away from home. The apartment is surrounded by beautiful scenery, fresh air and peaceful sounds of nature. I highly recommend this place for everyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

The apartment itself was very nice. Everything was very clean, there were dining options nearby, check-in was easy. At first I found the area confusing to navigate but once I figured out where things were it was actually quite straightforward. It is difficult to drive there since it is quite new and the GPS does not give accurate directions. The location is also not ideal. It is not very easy or convenient to walk to downtown Andermatt. It was a quick walk (7-10 mins) to the train station which was nice (although had to sort out the directions on your own because the map/GPS is nowhere near accurate with the construction going on).

Very comfortable and spacious accommodation and incredibly helpful reception staff who went above and beyond both prior to, during and after our stay when we had a problem with pickup of a package we needed on- forwarded to our final destination. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Great place with beautiful landscapes around.

The hotel itself consits of a cluster of properites next to another and is a mix between rental apartments as well as properties owned or rented by people who live there. The apartment we stayed in was very nice and cosy - nice amenities and facilities (a deluxe studio). Was nice to be able to use the laundry services (coin system for washers and tumblers) + paid underground parking was super handy as we could access the property directly from the car park. The location is great - a walk away from the Andermatt train station, cable cars and into the town. The check in was smooth - we were greeted by lovely staff and all the instructions were super clear. All that being said - you could not control the temperature in the studio, it was set to 19 degrees and could not be changed so it was too hot and stuffy for our liking (would also be warmer when using the stove and the oven). And another thing which was not mentioned prior to booking - there is a lot of construction going on so during the week we were woken up as early as 7am by workers and ongoing building work which included a LOT of very loud drilling. Our stay was sweet and sour in the end. Would consider the construction works before booking again

Super nice condo style resort in the middle of a beautiful ski resort with great food in the area. Showers and bathrooms were fantastic and overall pictures didn't do the property justice.

The apartment is in a brand new, still being built development. It was hard to find the entrance with all the heavy equipment and scaffolding. Very confusing as we had to check in at a hotel to get to our apartment complex because their office was closed when we got there. But the room was spacious, new and comfortable. Good restaurants nearby and near a cute ski town.

Amazing! Great new modern suite, walkable to town. Excellent parking. Great bike and ski storage.

Very sizable and comfortable. Slight downside is its further from the train station. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Lovely stay in a superior studio flat early june. Fantastic view, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was not particularly comfortable as it was a sofa bed, but that was to be expected as that is what we paid for. Excellent value for money and Andermatt was charming. We will definitely come back :)

Would definitely return and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in that area.

Beautiful apartment with all amenities and easy access to the bus, ski gondolas and train station. Highly recommend.
