I needed to be near Xochimilco and Villa Coapa, so this place's location was great.The room was pretty quiet, despite being next to a super busy street. Clean. No internet at times was the downside.

Amazing hotel - very close walk to the boats. Great food very clean.

Love its location . Very convenient to get public transportation. Love the green areas for walking. Walking distance to an Xochimilco embaraderos

A very basic quality of room but had everything necessary. Interesting interior decoration! The area doesn’t have much in it but the price isn’t bad. The lights in the room are a bit annoying as they’re motion sensors and keep turning off while you’re in the bathroom

He sido el peor hotel con diferencia en el que nos hemos alojado, lo principal de un hotel es que se pueda dormir y las habitaciones de este hotel están nulamente insonorizadas, el ruido general no permite dormir ni un momento. El ruido de las otras habitaciones, el personal de limpieza que limpia a cualquier hora haciendo mucho ruido con sus conversaciones, incluso prendiendo el televisor, maquinaria, pasillos, una variedad de ruidos que hacen que estes en vela solo esperando que amanezca. Hemos tenido que hacer salida anticipada y al comentarlo la recepcionista no se interesó en nuestra motivación en lo más mínimo. Queremos y solicitamos la devolución de las dos noches no disfrutadas, básicamente por incumplimiento de contrato. Y eso sin mencionar que la única noche debería ser compensada por las molestias causadas.

Nice interior design hotel, with good furniture, large room, comfy bed with terrible pillows, lack of amenities, and non cooling AC though. What a waste, I’m so disappointed!

The Hotel it self was okay. The only down fall and was a bit disappointed is the cleaning staff never clean my room. I had to tell one of the ladies to come and clean my room and give me new towels. It should be protocol to clean everyday as any hotel stay. A note was never left.

The room was large. Shower was hot. The wifi signal was very weak, and when i could connect to it, i couldn't connect the an internet site. The heater was not working our entire stay: we were offered blankets. My honey was cold every night. Our cell one was stolen at Six Flags. We asked the hotel to help us with a phone call to Ciudad Obrigon in Sonora, and was told "there was nothing they could do." They basically refused. We had no other means of communicating and were told they couldn't help us. I have stayed in many hotels and never had these kinds of experiences. After informing staff several times, the wifi and heater still did not meet out needs. They just didn't work or were functional.

Excellent price, exellent service and a beautiful place
