Neither good nor bad. It's an old guesthouse, a floating bungalow that's been around for a while. There are a lot of insects. The room and refrigerator smell a bit musty; you need to turn on the air conditioner to cool it down. The beds are clean, but there might be some dust and insects. The view is nice though. If you don't mind the smells, it's okay for a night's sleep.
