First room given was still dirty

It was very nice place, all green area, very good place to take fresh air and have a great rest

Room was super small. You can walk in the room if you are 2 or more. Bathroom and the toilet were also super small.

Very convenient, no issues.

Code instead of a key quite smart you've got nothing to lose. Toilet floor sticky and disgusting water spilled or whatever it was on the carpet in front of the toilet door service was ok on check in but not check out the rest of the room was clean and tidy except what I've already said loads of parking places in front of the premises.

B & B always gives me the right staff for the money, particularly service wise. Most properties are new and cleanliness is always the main draw .

Breakfast was simple but very good. Staff was very helpful and kind, really good service. Room is clean and in good condition, but small. In any case, very good for the price.

I spent one night so it was adequate. However my room key card didn't work the next morning so I had to go to reception to have an employee open the room for me to enter so that was an inconvenience.

Inexpensive hotel by the Sophia Antipolis town. Rooms are small but functional. Cleanliness was acceptable but could be improved

Value for money, perfect location for people who have their children living in Mouratoglou academy. Very friendly staff.

I stayed for 7 days and was very pleased I had fresh bedsheets at the beginning of my stay and the bedsheets were changed again after 4 days.

This is a perfectly reasonable place to stay. My only complaint is the maid staff. I didn't need my room cleaned and put the do not disturb sign out. This was ignored and my room was cleaned, but with my clothes left on the floor and worst, my room was left OPEN! When I came back late in the evening, my door was cracked open and did not require the key to get in. I complained to the front desk staff, who was very concerned and was going to tell the hotel manager. Hotel is good except for these issues, which hopefully gets corrected.

very small rooms not enough space even to open your suitcase , it's good to stay for one or two nights but alone. Rooms are clean though and WiFi is OK

The hotel room was cosy, and very quiet. The green space around the hotel on the hill is fit also to my dog. We could reach easily the famous beaches of Antibes and Nice. Luckily (this time)we were not close enough to Nice, to go to see the fire-works, instead we preferred to relax in the hotel on the evening of July 14th!!!!! Our stay in this hotel it was a PORTAFORTUNA!

Room too tiny for 2 people. Not value for money.

I stayed three nights while attending a nearby conference. The room was good for the price, and the staff were helpful.

Good price, clean room. Good breakfast. Small room. No refrigator. Staff was not kind in the night.
