Very small room , funny design no curtain between bathroom and sleeping area, woke up very early because of the bright sunlight!

Already Planning going back ...... My family love the dinner every course is sooo good ... bed is very comfortable , room is very clean. private hot spring bath, steam , private cliff pool with waterfalls, indoor and out door space ... love it ! If they turn the out side speaker off then it will be perfect. ( there are birds ,bugs singing ,sound of wind and rain... trees......

We booked water villa resort and mountain view, the mountain view room looked old but the water villa is great. Love the private hot spring ,swimming pool and steam bath. Taxi from Kaohsiung ctr to the resort is about 2 hrs and cost about TWD1800,

I had a very good experience at Guo Bao as the resort is called in Chinese. The resort is located further up the mountain and was quite secluded. For lunch, you have to go to the main street which was rather inconvenient but the staff will drive you there and back if you request. The rooms are spacious and clean. Toiletries are adequate. Overall, I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Room was a bit outdated but still nice. Hot spring bath was very soothing. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, they actually drive all the way to Liugui to pick us up cos our bus arrive there early. Should visit if opportunity arise.

在出發前，我多次透過電郵聯絡客服，他們非常細心，樂於傾聽並提供幫助。抵達時，工作人員熱情友好，不僅為我們升級了房型，還準備了適合小孩的設施，如梯台，讓孩子能在洗手盆刷牙。 我們幸運地被升級到水漾Villa，擁有面對山景的私人泳池，環境極為舒適。房內還配有私人溫泉和桑拿，水溫可調節，我們與孩子一起享受了約一小時的泡澡時光，眺望美麗的山景。 服務人員非常細心，提醒我們關閉汽車燈及餐廳遺留物品。由於Villa位於山區，周圍並無太多市區景點，多是鄉村風味的餐廳和郊遊地點，適合尋求寧靜與放鬆的假期。 整體而言，這裡非常適合放空心情的假期，我們從高雄機場開車約兩小時到達，路況良好但有些彎曲。

環境清幽，空間寬敞，設備完善，服務親切，早餐豐盛多樣。可惜諸多木造設施因維護不易，逐漸老舊而影響整體住宿品質。

很安靜，但由於可能位於較高海拔，溫度偏低，雖然提供的棉被很溫暖，但室內稍嫌過冷，建議是否能提供電暖器之類的設備或其他可供室內提高溫度設備（已有把空調拉高溫度）室內還是覺得冷，可讓怕冷族群給予小小溫暖，上述小小建議供參

浴室髒亂有頭髮及邊角都發霉，晚上房間裡面還有螞蟻蟑螂，第一次遇到這麼誇張的飯店恐怖

沒户外大衆池

服務人員態度良好，晚餐菜色很用心，讓人驚艷！建議改善處1.房間枕頭太扁不好睡2.早餐可在黑咖啡用心，現代人休假不能沒有黑咖啡！

隔音效果不好

晚上9點後，園區內的小路燈會關上，其他照明系統不足，近乎漆黑一片，走道之間有小階梯，我差點踩空跌倒，朋友則扭到腳踝⋯實在太危險！

即使房間各項設備已有些年老，但整體來說的住宿體驗還是很好，入住時意外地會館幫我們自動升級房間，非常感謝！CP值算很高，惟房間與外走廊的隔音可能稍嫌不足，偶爾聽得見路過的人聊天聲。

除了溫泉泡湯之外，房間跟環境都很舒適，早餐也很豐盛，另外若是購買飯店的晚餐，一人份才三百五且份量多又好吃。非常適合度假溫泉之旅。
