Clean rooms, courteous staff

Room was just okay, bit grubby.. Bathroom needs some renovation. Most other rooms filled with tradies who left at 3.30am..

Motel location is very convenient.

Managers of this establishment are downright rude and inconsiderate. These people should not be in business. I was put in a pet friendly room which hadn’t been cleaned and still smelt dog, when asked to change rooms they wanted me to cancel my booking and go else where. As there was no other accomodation available in the area I was forced to put up with it. The next day I was force to vacate the premise and comeback later in the afternoon. They wouldn’t even change their room cleaning schedule so I didn’t have to leave. These people and the rooms are the worst I have stayed on the central coast. I would not recommend staying here to anyone!! Warning!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Comfortable and newly renovated room.

Older style motel. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. Reception staff/managers friendly and helpful.

I understand that the property is under new management and they are slowly improving the rooms as the previous operators let the quality drop giving a tired and worn presentation

Property was fine, the staff is rude.

Our room lacked curtains. When we queried this the owner said he had only been there 3 weeks and no one else had complained! We usually wash up any dishes we've used but didn't because there wasn't any dishwashing liquid supplied. The cupboard under the kitchen sink was off one hinge. The cutlery tray had rusty, grimy cutlery. See photos.

The manager was extremely lovely and helpful.

I was good at check in but the bed had not been changed and had dirty sheets

Value for money

The Motel, though dated, was convenient and staff very friendly and helpful. There was a smell in drain in bathroom but all nevertheless clean. Comfortable bed and good shower.

Great little motel for the weary traveller

The room was dirty, the people in a close by room were up talking all night, still going at 5am.

It stunk like a dog kennel, tile missing in shower area lots of mould divider shelf bathrooms basin / kitchen decider held in place with gaffer tape left early in morning didn’t want to stay any longer than needed would not recommend to anyone
