There was a blood stain on the bed sheet

It was a quiet hotel and staffs were friendly

I had some expectations from Riviera hotel, but I was a little bit disappointed. Positive: Location and view are amazing, you can easily go to the beach and it's just at the little port (ferries going to Oedo) The toiletries were very nice! They seemed very natural. I loved the smell of the hand soap! Negative: The room size looks a bit bigger in the pictures, but this one had the bed glued to the window. There were no plugs near the bed. The big window that was supposed to show me an amazing view was very dirty. The staff amiability was not great, especially the restaurant ones. The reception was ok. The food was not fresh and not very good. Not a good variety either. Overall the hotel was smelly of old and humid, but the climate there is very humid and it was the rainy season.

The royal suite had the best view. The double bed should be bigger in my opinion. The breakfast ( purchased separately) was a disappointment to me.

Excellent location for relaxation, but not for active travelers.

Required to pay 10,000 KRW for 1-hr. of early check-in. 2pm vs. 3pm. Seems a bit odd ??

The ac in the room is very weak. Also the lobby is hot. It feels like no ac.

Little far from the city so very quiet and calm to stay and release the fatigue from the city life.

Really nice hotel with good sauna. Good breakfast. Pizza in dinner was also quite nice.

Big hotel with spa facilties. Ferry to odeo just beside hotel & tickets can be purchase from reception. Bother by spell in lift & bed and pillow for duplex room not as confortable. Overall value for money for duplex room for family of 4.

A little disappointed because booking said room had beach view, but did not. Short on kitchen towels, etc..

Everything was perfact! Hope to stay same place when I visit Groje again.
