Friendly service, clean, well located.

As you can see Metz station just down the road from the hotel room, it is clearly well-located when travelling by train. The selected room was quite large and clean and tidy on arrival. Breakfast is a real bargain (especially compared with other hotels of a similar category) and had an excellent choice of drinks and breakfast foods and anything else you require can be found at the station

The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, he gave me valuable suggestions on my trips. He offered to keep my snacks in the fridge ( none at the room). The room has basic features, clean.

Well located hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only stayed two night but have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Hotel bien ubicado, cercano a la estación de trenes. Habitación confortable. Staff muy amable. Buen desayuno. Como había pagado extra por el desayuno me permitían servirme café, té, chocolate o lo que quisiera de la máquina, sin cargo, en cualquier momento del día. También me explicaron como llegar a las principales atracciones turísticas. Es destacable la buena predisposición de la gente de recepción, algo no tan común en el noreste de Francia.

Salle de bains sale, WC et baignoire sales (traces d‘urine et cheveux) chambre très vétuste. Moquette douteuse.

Useful location for the train station and the Pompidou Centre. Reasonable rates. Good sized room with recently renovated bathroom.

Bigger bathroom than we expected since French hotel bathrooms tend to run small.

The location outside the train station and near the rental car office was great for us. The room needs an update. The carpets and bedding are worn. But the room was clean and worked for one night. Internet worked well.

Super quick stay but very nice service. Only thing is that the walls were a bit thin in between the rooms. I thought I was gonna have a heart attack whenever I was about to fall asleep and I thought someone was going in to my room. BUT a nice stay overall.

My original choice hotel was closed / sold by Accor Hotels, so I was offered the Bristol. The Bristol is derectly across the street from the rail station where I arrived and after picking up my rental car was able to park at the station overnight for two nights. The staff was great and although I had limited interaction with them because of my touring schedule, they were helpful and personable.

Lovely hotel in good location. Excellent for price

I was surprised. Friendly staff, very clean and no odd smells. No coffee / water kittel. I would stay again. Great and perfect for short one night stand so you can make a early morning train connection. Very very quiet.

Very easy to get around. Checked out the bus to Airport and back, nothing was complicated. Getting around by bus from the hotel is cheep and very efficient.
