was excellent stay over this place - very comfortable - so good that we extended one more day... will be in our plans for next vacation.

Staffs were very friendly and considerable. Breakfast was truly Japanese style and delicious. Will visit again!

This is the best hotel experience ever. My daughter loves it very much. It's beautiful and the staff is really nice. We felt we are at home surrounded by our family members. We'll definitely come back!!

From arrival to exit staff was so friendly and helpful. Dispite the language barrier staff was patient and understanding with westerners visiting Japan for first time. Hot bath is relaxing, and breakfast is delicious. As a tip for those not familiar with Japan do some (or lots) research on Japanese culture and day to day living and customs. Also get familiar with train lines in area, as the onsen is out of the way (which only increases its appeal to me).

a very nice place with greenery environment and a very traditional Japanese hot spring style hotel. just no bathroom inside guest room. anyway. the staff or even the owner are very nice and hospitality as i come very late for check in. feel very sorry for this

여름에 와도 좋을듯. 단 온풍기 청소가필요함. 필터에 먼지가 껴있음. 이불이 두껍고좋았으나 냄새가 남. 향에 예민한사람은 참고자기 힘듬. 그외 직원친절도나 분위기는 만족. 조식도 좋았음

대체로 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 밤에 추워서 숙면을 취하지는 못했고, 카이세키는 가격 대비 좀 부족한 듯 생각됐습니다. 숙박비에 포함된 조식은 좋았습니다. 기타 직원 서비스, 마중 및 배웅 서비스 등 모두 좋았습니다.

The hotel is great however no restaurant and shops. This is good for relax.

다시 꼭 들려보고 싶어요. 온천 물도 얼마나 좋은지 한국에서 두드러기 때문에 얼굴이 다 뒤집어 졌었는데 싹 나았어요!!!!!여행 마지막 날에 묵었거든요. 일본이 물이 좋은지 피부가 거짓말 처럼 깨끗해졌어요. 직원도 친절하고 조용하고 아늑했어요.

일단 객실 수가 많지 않아서 좋았던 것 같아요. 되게 한적하게 온천을 즐길 수 있고 아침 식사도 맛있고, 다시 오사카를 방문한다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶네요!

정말 친절하고 깨긋하고 옛날 느낌나서 더욱 좋습니다. 하지만 지하철역과 거리가 조금 있어서 가고 오는 길은 택시를 4-5키로 타야하는 게 조금 아쉽습니다. 그렇지만 료칸에서 원하는 시간에 택시를 불러주고 직원들의 친절함은 모든 것을 커버할 정도로 좋습니다

路程有點遠，入去之後附近什麼也沒有，不過staff很周到，而且環境很寧靜，可以望著山間浸溫泉，很舒適。

很贴心服務，職員有禮，令人住得舒服，開心！
