Hotel room was good, staff was great! However, the pool was green and not able to use

I stayed for 4 days and not once did house keeping knock and ask if I needed clean sheets or towels, but the day I’m going to check out of the hotel I get a knock on my door and the crack of dawn. Staff did even bother to clean out the pool either. It was slimy the 4 days I stayed there and closed it the last two days. Greenest pool in Portland.

Everything was great, awesome staff very friendly and keeping the property clean. The only thing that was a bummer the pool was green. Pool area needs some love.

Stay was great, but the water pressure was insanely slow.

Fernando was great and the entire staff was always busy cleaning up the property. The pool was the only thing that needed some love, but it was still a pleasant stay.

Very clean property. Lots of restaurants to choose from, shopping center 3 min from here. Very professional at the front desk.

The swimming pool in this hotel It’s disgusting. The lounge chairs are full of mold and just gross. The entire hotel is run down and the bathtub is dark blk with dirt stains. Yuck

Staff was great not overly crowded nice pool with 2 BBQ pits provided charcoal and lighter fluid patio furniture out dated and dirty but a towel over it will be fine

Easy check in but the room looked run-down. When we walked into the room it smelled like feet. There were small cockroaches inside the coffee machine and on the nightstand. There were hairs on the bed. The remote control did not work. I put socks on my baby so that she would not be barefoot and they turned black even though the room has mostly carpet.
