Great property with convenient location!

Kristine was exceptionally hospitable and well-organized. The hotel is lovely and very well-located. The stay could not have been more pleasant.

Great little gem right in the heart of Kennebunkport!

Parking was convenient. Hotel is beautiful and located right in the middle of things. Room was very nice and staff friendly. As others have mentioned there really is no area to eat breakfast so you can sit in the gallery nearby or take it to your room. Still a very pleasant visit. I recommend the small Irish pub across the street for the live music and the brewery next door which has a small menu but excellent food.

Very much enjoyed staying at this property. The one thing about this is they don't have front desk staff at night. We checked in after hours, but it was easy enough. Nice rooms, comfy beds, right in the middle of town. Would stay again for sure. Complitmentary breakfast was delicious, just need a microwave. Will be back

There was no one at the desk around the clock. It felt like a third party was running the hotel. I am not sure what I would have done if something happened during the night. The room was very small. The common outdoor balcony was not very clean.

Spotty front desk service. Slim pickings for breakfast. Pool not on premises. Expensive for the limited offerings.

The hotel is small and fits right into the neighborhood with all the buildings close to the street. What this hotel might not have is offered by their sister hotels in the area.

Really nice boutique hotel. Rooms and everywhere is clean, staff was great (when they were there), breakfast was terrific for continental. Great location! Rooms a bit small.

Highlights were view from the balcony and heated floors in the bathroom. Room was a bit dated and large water stains on ceiling and wall under air conditioner, but no cleaning issues.

SPOTLESS! Only complaint was checking in. No one was at the desk and we were told to walk to the Kennebunkport Inn. It was difficult to get a number. It took me 30 minutes to straighten out. Annoying but not a big deal!
