Very nice and clean with goof communication

The hotel was out of check-in system and power. They did not advise prior to arrival. Directed me to a different hotel and has to pay extra taxi fare to change location.

The unit needs curtains. We were unable to sleep because light comes in from the windows. Only a flimsy piece of material covered the window and light comes in from the lobby.

Ideal location for a week long stay in the area of the Centro Banamex.

The area is very good very convenient restaurant around. The only thing is there is no hot water or coffee for the morning.

Do not stay here. What a horrible experience. We had rented three separate "suites" at this property. Two of them were fine - but none of them have windows to the outside, there's no airflow. I think the building was previously an office building. The third unit we rented was the "two bedroom" suite. Which was actually two separate rooms, separated by a common area. The common area was exposed to the lobby. Yes, anyone in the lobby could see through windows into the common area, where there was supposed to be a hide-a-bed. Upon arrival there was no hide-a-bed, the front desk agent could have cared less. I asked for tape and paper to place over the windows for privacy and was denied. Terrible service, it was an invasion of privacy. After speaking to three separate people, the windows were covered with translucent sheets. So people could no longer see in/out from the common area. They also brought in a hide-a-bed. There are long-term tenants also staying in this property. You could hear the next door neighbours showering, and getting ready in the morning. I do not recommend this hotel. I will not return. If I could give it -5 stars I would.

Wasn’t a friendly arrival from the front staff, the wifi didn’t work at all for the two nights of my stay.

I booked a luxury suit for 6 payed upfront. When I got there they said it wasn’t available. They sold it to other guest. Offered me 2 rooms to communicate . I took the rooms because it was late. The rooms looked dirty and unready. Not professionally cleaned only had clean sheets and toilet paper. The rest of the rooms were dirty.

The worst, must humiliating reception we've experienced. Both receptionists were utterly hostile. To levels we have never experienced anywhere, ever.
