Difficult to check in. No hairdryers.

Cheap place to stay just around the main drag of Bordeaux. Really an over night stop, not much around for food/drink so be prepared to drive or UBER eats delivery. Basic and cheap but clean and the young man who was sometimes at the desk (not manned 24/7) was friendly and helpful.

Disappointed that on arrival had to pay again for the room even though i confirmed i had a receipt for payment in advance. Also the reception was unmanned midday and could not gain access. Lucky it was not raining! Really basic room.

We received our room outside hand soap and towels. We didn’t had hand towels or face towels we were 4 and didn’t have enough towels. I told the person at the reception and he told us I will being it to your room. But we when to visit and when we got back the person was gone and no soap or towels.

The room was infested with mosquitoes. The night manager lent us a spray for 10m. In the morning our complaints were greeted with a shrug

Not much to do around hotel and a little far from everything.

The good location, but it was some misunderstanding about the cost of the room. Orbitz offers to me some special price by using my points, but the hotel charged me full price and the lady at the front desk did not talk to me about it. She was not so friendly. In total, the hotel is good.

Great value for money - easy to get to off the motorway but still quiet. Shower was better than most 4 star hotels.

We were in the Bordeaux region for only 2 nights. So we wanted something cheap but still close to town. This hotel was just that. It was clean, staff was friendly. Free wifi. There's also a gorgeous restaurant 2 min walk away called the cottage all local produce yum yum! It was about a 10min drive to the city and paid parking was easy to find. Rooms are quite small so we had trouble fitting in our months worth of luggage. But if you're travelling light very perfect and right next to a beautiful lake and walk paths.

Chambre propre, confortable, personnel agréable. Le petit est déjeuner était très bien.

Nous avons été très bien reçus, je n’ai pas pu réservé une chambre avec du café et impossible d’en prendre une car le ménage n'était pas fait. Le gardien nous a gentiment offerts nos cafés en arrivant. J’ai trouvé ça très professionnel.

Très bon séjour

Arrivée vers 13h00: Borne extérieure HS ( et accueil fermé) et interlocuteur appel peu coopératif; nous avons du attendre 14h00 pour que la borne soit remise en fonction.

La clientèle a fait beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs
