Disappointed to get a hotel room with cockroaches, found 2 cockroaches on the table, even in the kettle there were cockroaches in it, the bed sheets were dirty and itchy, the bathroom sink was clogged.

A comfortable, clean hotel in the city center. Easy access to everything. Convenient… Affordable too.

The hotel is overall okay, the location is quite strategic, the staff is quite nice and helpful. However, the room is not okay. There is no refrigerator in the room, the phone in the room does not work, the floor is dusty and there are cockroaches in the bathroom, the bathroom amenities are also lacking, there is no soap near the sink. The mattress and towels are full of stains. The breakfast is also so-so, Indonesian food. There is no western breakfast. Stayed 2 days, the breakfast menu did not change, only one menu change

Repeater Guest stay at Lampion Hotel. I salute you for repeating here every month, the hotel is very comfortable, the staff is humble, the service is excellent. The hotel staff is really the best, FDA Kak Intan is very helpful, very friendly. For the restaurant is also the best, only sometimes the room service waits a long time and not too much for the taste of the food. Ordered chicken salad but the taste is still not so good, overall it's okay, hopefully it can be fixed again regarding the restaurant. Regarding the room, everything is okay, the last time I was in room 620 there were several small cockroaches coming out of the bathroom sink. Usually on the 3rd floor, but yesterday I got the 6th floor with that problem, hopefully they can be more careful regarding the HK SPV / RA Incharge when making up the room. Thank you

The hotel is very comfortable, located behind the main Slamet Riyadi road, making it a strategic location, just 5-7 minutes from the tourist attractions. The beds and toilets are all clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also quite delicious. Highly recommended for the price. One suggestion would be to expand the parking area. During busy times, you'll have to park outside.

The hotel is located in the city center and right on the main road, making it very easy to get around. I've stayed at this hotel many times since 2014. The hotel is very comfortable, quiet, clean, fragrant, and the food is delicious. The staff here are also friendly. With an affordable price, it's well worth it for the quality you get. I only have one suggestion: try replacing the shower head with one with a hose, because a rainfall showerhead can't reach other parts of your body when showering. Thank you 😘💕
