amazing location and very easy to get around! one block from Gran via metro station. The room was nice but After check in we never saw any hotel staff. Our reservation said it included free breakfast but we never received a notice or saw anything available. Also The internet is very weak and the tv didn't work at all.

There was not anybody from the hotel to ask anything or to complain of anything! There was not any breakfast although it was announced that breakfast is included! TV did not work. Wi-fi was OK. Close to city center. Clean.

Nothing awful , good location and clean room with reasonable price

While i was satisfied with location and rates of this property, there were some points of which could be improved. For instance, room was not made up everyday. However, considering very cheap rates of this property, i don't think of these some points as a vulnerability or weakness. Staffs were very friendly and room was comfortable and clean. View was nice too, and unlike some reviews here there wasn't cigarette smoke. I will definitely consider booking this place again in future if rates are similar. Recommended.

SO sorry so bad

Very bad experience in this hotel. The bathroom was broken,we stay two days and they did not clean the rooms. Breakfast was included in my booking but the bread and muffin was old. And we have to make the coffee. The hotel look like a ghost hotel only one girl in the morning really nice, but after 4:00 p.m nobody was there for answering any questions. Was a disaster. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures. But our stay there was really bad.

No toilet paper. Air conditioner did not work (the remote control was out of battery). No shampoo.

The only plus in this place is the location. Otherwise, it's not worth it. Even though the staff was nice, the hotel is not organized, the breakfast is mediocre and the room seem nothing like those in the pictures. We got a room teribly small and claustrophobic, since the only window was a tiny one and so high we couldn't open it properly. We didn't pay much for it, but it's still awful to see these images and get there to find the total opposite.

Hard to find, minimal, Appartments turned hotel, no hot water, coffee and stale bread for breakfast, smelly bathroom, rooms not cleaned, ran out of toilet roll, noisey rooms, no tv,

I was alone, passing through madrid, i liked the mood of this guesthouse, very easygoing stuff, the room was nice decorated, and clean, you feel home, just 5 rooms, you can be relaxed in the middle of gran via. The breakfast is just coffee , basics only, but comparing with the price. I think it is fair enough

All basics exist for a room with a private bathroom down town, clean and very center

My experience was more than great with this bed and breakfast,the price was affordable for such a room with all the necessary amnities , i had my own clean room with my private bath in the middle of gran via, the breakfast is basic, coffee and some sandwich and cereals....

Bed was comfortable. We were double charged and have not been reimbursed after a month. Breakfast was sparse; white bread, half opened unfrozen lunchmeat with very small price tag on package. Good location. Nice bathroom. Quiet at night most of the time. Sad looking attendant; sullen male attendant almost non existent.

Booked 3 rooms altogether. Bathroom and shower didn't work in one room, so we all had to share. When we complained, we were told the building is old. Had to buy own own toilet paper and shower gel as they were never replaced. Rooms were tiny. Wi-fi did not work. Cutlery and crockery from the breakfast room was washed in the communal bathroom hand sink, and left to air dry on a towel beside the shower, on a towel covered in black stains.

We arrived ar around 15:30 the room was not clean at the time nor was it ready, the lady at reception tried her best to accomodate us. But it seems she was both the cleaner and (receptionist). The room we were offered was extremely small and clostrophobic with a tiny window over the door which looks on the main hallway. The room is naturally hot at all times and the air conditioning is Clancky and noisy..you choose !! We were given one bath sheet to share and were told the towels were all dirty, we were also given one measly deflated pillow each, no offer or available other choices, I ended up using my jacket. The bathroom was tiny and dirty, the tired looking tooth brushes left for us as complimentary worryingly, looked used, no one to complain to at the premises, We could not wait to get out of that "hotel" the next day. Never again

The team is helpful, the location is excellent, close to everything, no need for transportation, the rooms are clean
