Good location

Worth every krona! The room was clean, spacious and had the best view of the Sara Kulturhus. We had the VITBERGET room.

Special thanks to Helen for her help in all things! Note to those who book the kitchenette: be aware that no breakfast is included. You are also discouraged from actually cooking. (Confusing, I know.) Signage needs clarity. This was a great place to stay overall—we did, for 6 days. Close to everything and quiet. Responsive staff. Thank you!

The hotel was closed at the time of my arrival. Nobody sent any message about it. Nobody informed a door code. Nobody answered on my calls from the hotel door. I was forced to find a new hotel in the middle of the night at minus 10 degree temperature outside. Never more this accommodation. I recommend: do not book this accommodation !!!

arrived at 5pm to check in, reception closed and locked. waited 45 minutes for someone, no one ever showed up.

Hotel is no frills and very basic with no en suite shower or toilet. TV is not provided in the room. However, cooking facility are provided along with a TV room, and the shower/toilet rooms provided are clean with no problems to report. Breakfast was very basic (packed lunch type left in fridge). Receptionist was shared with a downstairs sports club and was not available at all hours. To conclude, a reasonable hotel if on a tight budget.

This is a really cute place with lots of funky decor. There is a very nice kitchen & lounge area. The included breakfast is light but that was fine with me. It is an excellent value. One thing lacking is blackout curtains so bring a sleep mask! Also, there isn't a full time person at reception so read the fine print about check in/check out & when you'll be able to pay.

Rent rum, trevlig personal

Rent rum och bra med gratis parkering. Bra pris också.

Rummet var bra och mesta kändes fräscht. Vi hade ett familjerum med två sängarboch en båningssäng. Reception i källaren (squash-hallen), rummen en trappa upp. Nyckel till rummet, koder till övriga dörrar. Frukost-påse med en macka, yoghurt och ett ägg fanns i kylen i rummet. Kaffe, juice, flingor och lite annat fanns i köket. Parkering på baksidan. Centralt i Skellefteå, nära O'Learys och kulturhuset.

Bra boende, och bäst av allt att man får ta med hundarna.

Inget fel på hotellet men det låg intill Olerys som stängde kl 2 på morgonen.
