The dinner buffet was excellent. And the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn.

Staff were nice & property clean & in good condition. Only issue for me was that the master light switch by bed takes out the outlet there as well so my phone charger stopped charging. I could have switched off the bedside lamps but the hallway light by the door has no independent switch so there's no way to turn that off without hitting the master switch. The only "always-on" outlet was at the desk.

Wonderful service from a friendly team. Arrived hours before official check-in time after 17 hours of travel and the team found me a room and I could sleep. Room was comfortable (if a little warm for my liking) and the facilities were clean.

A convenient location in Tabuk. Good food, nice coffee, clean & tidy and comfortable plus friendly staff.

Very clean and the rooms smell great. The stuff is nice and professional. the swimming pool in the backyard is quite big. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Tabuk.

Only complaint is the temperature control appeared to be disabled in room 405.

Although I paid for the breakfast during the reservation, the hotel system did not show that it was paid and I was asked to pay at the hotel. I paid twice for the breakfast.

Overall enjoyable stay. Best option if staying in Tabuk.

I stayed on 04/18 instead of 05/18 and I have already informed by your representative that the reservation will be updated and I will be refunded because I paid cash at the hotel and am waiting your feedback

هادئه ومريحه اشكرك الاخوه في الاستقبال واخص بالذكر الاخ محمد الغرفه نظيفه ومريحه ولكن المخدات غير مريحه الحمام نظيف ومتكامل الافطار جيد جدا المقهي علي المسبح جميل وينقصه الدفايات
