A perfectly serviceable budget hotel in a good location.

Great value! Our only complaint was that our room was too warm and we couldn’t work out how to lower the temperature. However, given it was freezing outside it was much better to be too warm!! The restaurant was also good value and the food was excellent.

Friendly staff on reception. This hotel needs money spending on it. The room was small and everything outdated.

Room OK, dinner not bad, but all a bit expensive for what was on offer. Restaurant staff kind and helpful. Self check-in machine impersonal and went into a reset in the middle of our check-in. Surely a seaside hotel in July can staff Reception full-time!

Good value accommodation Nice room, very clean, modern, good size, shower room en suite also ok, nice décor, lots of power points, but no tea/coffee making facilities – take your own – very helpful staff, excellent location. We booked the room/meal/breakfast deal and we were not disappointed, the food in the restaurant is first class, highly recommended, will use again…….Breakfast also excellent - Great value.

Lovely overnight stopover on the way to the tunnel. Very welcoming and nice clean rooms that have just been renovated.

The hotel was conveniently located and there was good parking nearby.

Chambre, salle de bains et wc propre. Personnel accueillant. Hôtel calme et bien situé.

Bien dans l’ensemble, chambre propre, suffisant pour une nuit, par contre, 13,50€ le petit déjeuner, c’est cher ...descendus à 9h, plus de viennoiseries, plus de charcuteries, plus d’oeuf...c’est un peu limite...

Personnel très serviable, petit déjeuner copieux avec vraie orange pressée, calme et très bien situé. Les matelas sont un peu mous à mon goût mais confortables.

Etablissement avec une facade magnifique et batiment historique. La chambre était rénovée. Il est nécessaire de continuer a réaliser des travaux de rénovation, tres content d'avoir séjourner dans cet etablissement a fort potentiel,

Accueil agréable, hôtel confortable, petit déjeuner complet, rapport qualité prix très intéressant. Je conseille.

Lorsque nous allons à Berck c'est dans cet hôtel que nous séjournons. Proche du centre, du cinéma, du casino, c'est très pratique. Et avec le restaurant dans l'hôtel c'est parfait!

Petit déjeuner en libre service mais sans service, il faut presser son orange, il faut faire cuire ses oeufs sur le plat... Chambre qui mériterait un rafraichissement du papier peint et de la moquette. Quant à l'extérieur, certes toutes les chambres ne peuvent pas avoir une vue exceptionnelle mais quand on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre à cause des odeurs de cuisine c'est beaucoup plus gênant. Quant au ménage ce n'est pas parce que vous avez mis le panneau "Yes" à l'extérieur qu'elle sera faite !
