Friendly staff nice restaurant great breakfast rooms were clean. Only complaint is not much parking off road had to park on street outside other than that great stay

Delivered as advertised

We were staying in the annex across the road from the main hotel which is unfinished. There were builders working across the corridor from our room with the associated noise and they began work the next morning at 07:30! At breakfast there was not one clean table available or any staff to clear them, a lady arrived 10 minutes after we cleared a space ourselves. The hotel lists itself as a 4 star hotel it certainly didn’t come up to those standards.

Accommodation was clean and breakfast very good but walls were thin and could hear neighboring room snoring and leaving at 5am

We stayed one night in Emden before taking the ferry out to Borkum. The hotel has good free off street parking. We stayed in a small villa behind the main hotel. It was clean and comfortable. It came with a very good hot breakfast. We had to catch the ferry early, so the only downside was the doors to the main hotel where the breakfast was served were locked yet at 6:30 when we tried to go in.

Large & New room with heated floors that helped keep the room very warm. WiFi in the room was erratic, but fine in the lobby. I was only there for one night night so so don't know if they could have got it resolved. When I mentioned it in the morning on check out they were surprised that there was any issues.

I really like the hotel. Had a very nice room, comfortable bed. excellent staff. Only downside was the bad internet connection and the lack of a coffee/tea maker.

wonderfully relaxing - their breakfasts were wonderful and they have the best coffee in town.

Overall et rigtig fint ophold, havde en suite, og den var super fin. Der var lidt pres på antallet af parkeringspladser, men det lykkedes hver dag at finde en i løbet af aftenen. Restauranten var hyggelig, men lidt kro-agtig

Kurzer beruflicher Aufenthalt. Netter Check in. Schnell und unkompliziert. Zimmer sehr in Ordnung. Recht klein aber völlig hinreichend und mit allem ausgestattet. Fernseher in vernünftiger Größe. Nähe zu den Wallanlagen und zum Hafen sowie zur Innenstadt. Alles fußläufig schnell erreichbar. 25 Min zu Fuß bis zum Kunstmuseum. Frühstück wirklich in Ordnung. Alles da, was man so braucht und erwartet, Edeka und Aldi fußläufig entfernt. Rundum zufrieden.
