In general, the hotel facilities and services are good. However, there are two points that concern me as a guest:
1. There is no Air Conditioning from the lobby to the hallway to the room. Either because the AC is under maintenance or there is no AC for that location. This makes me still hot when walking from outside to inside the hotel
2. The room cleanliness is lacking, as evidenced by the fact that there is still an empty cosmetic bottle under the table. I didn't have time to take a photo because I immediately threw it away, but of course it can be a concern for the hotel to improve its cleanliness service
In addition to the two points above, making Quest Hotel by Aston as a place to stay during my time in Bali was the right decision. Easy access, adequate parking area, and the friendliness of the hotel staff are very flattering for me. Hopefully in the next opportunity there will be an improvement in service so that it becomes my choice of place in Bali.
