Very friendly Front Office staffs including the male receptionist & the bellman. A very kind gesture from the bellman when he asked us to be careful when walking up the stairs since it was slippery after the rain.

The hotel still maintains a formal and polite style, very clean, the bathroom water is warm and strong; the lobby is large, the buffet breakfast room is spacious and very chill Ksan Right opposite the Provincial Party Committee, right in the city center, convenient to go everywhere, the car parking space is very spacious I came on Thursday so there were fewer guests than on weekends, I saw many cars with official license plates staying, in general, the price is a little cheaper, it would be 10/10

Very good experience indeed! The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. WiFi is very stable and speed good-so could work from room very efficiently. I ordered room service a few times-very good quality food and big helpings. The staff were very friendly and helpful by going the extra mile by helping to order dinner in advance and deliver to my room when I returned later-as the restaurant shuts very early @ 6 pm. Seems like common practice here.

The hotel is very clean. Belongs to the system of saigontourist so it's ok. My house has a family room (2 connected rooms) very ok. The time I go on Tet holiday so I have breakfast buffet. Delicious food. Dim sum grouper are also very delicious .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There is a swimming pool and a large garden with a magnificent appearance. The bedroom area, hallways are stuffy, very secret. Normal bedroom is not worth 4 stars, the price is not commensurate with the quality. Buffet breakfast is also fine.

1. We ordered 2 club sandwiches and got upset because they were not really club sandwiches. 2. Some guests complained that there were almost no foods at 9:00 a.m. even though the buffet was finished at 9:30 a.m. 3. Some staff did not care much about their serving. The female cook who made eggs gave the eggs to other guests when they came after my husband who was standing in front of her waiting with the plates on his hands. And after giving other guests the eggs she walked away leaving him there. He got so upset about this and left the buffet without eating anything. I had to ask the staff to let me bring some food to the room for him. 4. When I got my motorbike from the parking area I found out my bike’s right side mirror was gone. The hotel room is nice. The swimming pool is nice. The price is affordable. However, I hope the hotel will focus more on their services.

The location of the hotel is very easy to find. Staff are cute and polite. Service and room rates are pretty good. Rooms are very nice and clean. Overall very satisfied.

Staff was generally pleasant though restaurant staff was a bit hit/miss. Pool was large and clean. Fitness room was a bit gross and equipment old. Food was mediocre from the breakfast buffet. The hotel reminded me of something out of the Cold War era. Room was generally clean but very dark at night and amenities were what you would expect of a low end Holiday Inn. Hotel is quite noisy made worse by the bar across the street that was doing Karoke until 10:30PM one night. You don't have a lot of choice in such a small town but I can't tell you that I would want to stay here if I had other options.

For me not meet 4 star standard room too if not old, it is old design, as the guest house does not want to say is the hotel. Also clean, relatively, the toilet does not have a separation or glass so each bath is saturated. My toilet is on the wet floor toilet look not clean at all. In return bellman quite enthusiastic and kind.

Everything is OK, but the room smells like sweat from many previous guests. I stayed 2 times, the last time I thought there were only a few foul rooms, this time the smell was still the same, through 2 rooms you could hear the smell. The hotel should re-clean and use a slight smell like the hotel elevator.
