Staff was nice. Very basic rooms. Lots of tile floors so was more noisy than expected at times. Great walkable location

Very basic room and hotel. Not in the best condition, dirt around tub, floor peeling, basic blankets etc But ok for one night stop. Breakfast was very busy and basic but nice bread and croissants.

O quarto estava em boas condições. A nota foi dada apenas porque creio que poderia haver um frigobar no quarto e travesseiros um pouco maiores, para que pudéssemos assistir à tv com mais conforto. O café da manhã foi muito bom. Funcionários muito gentis também.

We found the hotel to be very convenient to everything, friendly and helpful staff, and a rather complete breakfast for the price we paid! Great bang for the buck!

Very central to the shops in Ushuaia and friendly staff. It’s too hot inside but everywhere in Ushuaia is too hot.

Good view excellent location

Café da manha simples, com poucas opções mas gostosas. So sao disponibilizados pratos bem pequenos, o que dificulta a refeição. A situação do quarto era bem ruim, com pisos se soltando risco de acidentes. A limpeza das roupas de cama e banho era bem ruim, os itens estavam com muitas manchas e aspecto de sujeira. Nao tem frigobar e a decoração é bem simples. A cama de casal é pequena e o banheiro, sem ventilação, tinha mofo no teto. A limpeza tbm deixava a desejar. De aspecto positivo temos a localização que é boa e a rapidez no check out.

It’s a nice hotel .

Hotel is having building construction ongoing, lots of construction noise during the day time and unable to catch some daytime naps. At least hotel has to do some combination here to make the customer service good.

Nice basic accommodations with free breakfast.

Good location

For a two star it was excellent value and so clean . Ideal if you’re on a budget and central to the shops and town and port . View of mountains was lovely . Safe as a solo woman ! Everything you need . Very roomy hotel rooms for price . Beds comfortable . Staff lovely !

Very close to cruise port

Amazing stay. Super clean, well organized, and close to everything in the city center. Would have loved a chair for the desk, but everything else was perfect.

Repito lo mismo que dije antes. La atencion es mediocre haciendo el check in y hoy haciendo el check out no preguntaron nada. Entregue llave y me fui

La habitación no estaba mal pero tampoco bien. El agua del baño era amarilla. El retrete estaba tapado y la ducha perdía agua. El aire acondicionado estuvo prendido todo los días todo el día, no tenían control del mismo y me propusieron tocar algo del equipo para apagarlo. Algo super riesgoso. El TV no funcionaba y tampoco tenía control. No había teléfono en la habitación, a cambio era todo a través es de WhatsApp. En mi caso, mi conexión era mala incluso después de conectar a wifi por lo que era dificultoso. La recepción fue buena a except de una de las chicas que estaba el domingo por la mañana!
